Today, our class lecture revolved around the mole, or 6.02 x 10^23 to be exact.
The Mole is "the SI unit of amount of substance, equal to the quantity containing as many elementary units as there are atoms in 0.012 kg of carbon-12."
There are four key steps to solving a mole:
- Decide what the question asks.
- Write down all the given information.
- Label all quantities.
- Start with what is given and decide the path to end up with the right answer.
